I know well what can happen when your work and life are not authentically aligned and integrated…BURNOUT! Yep, it happened to me. It might be happening to you right now. You know that incredible conflict of getting the work done at all costs? That can be a detriment to your family, relationships, health, your well-being.
I bring depth and perspective due to my unique lived experience as a woman on mostly male leadership teams, a single mom to multi-racial children, and moving cross-country at the age of 53!
How do you take the leap to step out of your comfort zone? Identify goals, explore, practice, uncover blind spots, and identify an action plan forward. It’s truly amazing that we indeed have the answers within, yet, we don’t always have a safe space to pause and reflect.
And when leaders have what they need; clarity of goals and alignment to purpose – this filter into the workplace. Further, I work with leadership teams to develop consistent, inclusive systems that elevate people and create a culture folks will thrive in.

My background has given me a deep understanding of employee desires, challenges, and motivating drives. I have a deep affinity for women in the corporate world due to my experience as a woman in male-dominated industries. I can offer depth and perspective on navigating, finding your voice, and naming your executive presence.

One way I can do this wholeheartedly is to explore new trails, mountain ranges, and shores. Wherever I go, it does remind me to be still, let go, be grateful, and appreciate the beauty of life.
