Let me share a bit about myself and how our partnership will benefit you. 

L. A.Y. are my initials, and I created the name LAY-Up to evoke rising, playing, and sticking to the fundamentals. Whether in play or at work, the best results stem from clear goals, consistent practice, ongoing self-assessment, embracing feedback, and celebrating achievements.

I’ve always been driven to learn, understand, and achieve.  Yet, my definition of success has evolved over the years, including a focus on BEING as much as DOING.
